Co-ordination and site erection works in Libya

 NDT inspections, including

• Radiography
• Ultrasonic testing of welds / thickness measurement
• Magnetic particle inspections
• Dye penetrant inspections
• Painting inspections

Site erection of port handling equipment – gantry cranes, RTGs etc.

• Assembly and erection of main and ancillary crane structures
• Installation of crane motors & generators; electrical wiring of control systems
• Assistance in testing and commissioning of port handling equipment

Maintenance of port handling equipment, including

• Works on rubber-tyre gantry cranes, quay side cranes, reach stackers etc.
• AC / DC motor maintenance
• Preventive mechanical & electrical maintenance schedules
• Routine maintenance on diesel engines
• Diagnostics on systems automation networks including PLCs
• Structural repairs from minor jobs to complete crane structure
