Motherwell Bridge Industries has over 10 years’ experience in port crane installation, with more than 200 cranes lifted in Asia, Europe, North America, and West Africa for leading crane builder Konecranes of Finland.

Our international project management team organises logistics for site set-up, unloading of crane parts and inspections, assembly and installation of main and ancillary structures, installation of prime movers, and electrical and control systems.

Motherwell Bridge Industries is the Malta authorised service provider and representative for Konecranes, the world-leading designer and manufacturer of sophisticated lifting equipment. Konecranes services a broad range of customers, including manufacturers and process industries, shipyards, ports and terminals, for more than 80 years.

Motherwell Bridge Industries performs routine maintenance on quay cranes, rubber tyred gantry cranes, automatic stacking cranes, empty handlers and other equipment, including service and repairs on terminal tugs.

Motherwell Bridge Industries has been entrusted by Konecranes, a world-leading group of Lifting Businesses™, serving a broad range of customers including manufacturing and process industries, shipyards, ports and general manufacturing. Motherwell Bridge is the official Sales & Service agent for Konecranes products in Malta. This agreement started in 2005 covering service & sales, warranty work, spare parts business, repair work, technical support, and assembly of rubber tyre gantry crane.
